| - This production SUCKED. The chandelier was not operational, so we'll have to take your word for it being dramatic. They should have refunded our money, because this play was like putting $155 into a slot and losing on the first round. The play NEEDS the chandelier to fall, but it was stuck. MONEY BACK!!!
All of us had seen this production many, many times - from NYC to London to LA to SF to ... Long Beach, and the full production in Long Beach was better than this shortened, broken version of a great play. All of us were seriously disappointed, and RIPPED OFF.
The Phantom's voice was TOO WEAK to hear, and we were seated in 3rd row, Orchestra! Great seats, though. All of the soloists were too soft to hear well. AND, the cast could have acted as if they wanted to be there!
