Pulled pork and brisket both just ok. We don't feel there is enough food for the price. In order to survive mediocre BBQ, the price should be reduced by $2-3 per plate. The Cole slaw we were told is some southern way of making it, but for me it was bitter and inedible. The potato salad is very tasty with a mustard dominant flavor. The tri tips I was offered a sample of by the owner, but I had to lie and say I couldn't eat anymore when the truth was that they looked like they swam in grease and water and looked fatty and gross. If this company survives then much more food is needed on the combination plates and/or the price needs reduced. The staff though is very friendly and kind. Wish them the best. We won't ever crave this place but we may visit again. I would suggest better sides also. Like regular beans that we recognize and macaroni and cheese.
