I've been with this company for a week and I am extremely angry. First, I was over charged on my first invoice like most of the people I see on Yelp. Then, the cooler leaked like crazy and after an hour on hold and trying to e-mail customer service, I received no response. I'm on hold now trying to cancel and will be happy to do so. Also, don't believe the freebies on the website. I was told I would get a free case by their "bot" chat agent Jessica and did not receive anything. Look elsewhere. Save yourself time.
