For a chain restaurant Canyon Creek isn't that bad. I went today for a client meeting and they have changed there menu since the last time I was there 6 months ago. Their lunch menus seems to have expanded so that is a bonus but they have discontinued their wood plank salmon which was my go to. This time I went with the steak and lobster mash. I found the steak to have a little too much pepper, but the lobster mash was really good. They had the right amount of butter and big chunks of lobster in it.
