  • We regret writing a negative review, but think it's important in this case. We will disclose that we had ordered some rock from this company through Moon Valley Nursery, and did not have any problems then. However, Vista uses a system that is unfair and inadequate. We attempted to place an order, and were told they were out of stock for about a week. We were patient and chose to call back; we successfully placed the order, paid for it and scheduled the delivery. Since we live in an HOA, and have to follow rules with landscaping, it was important to us to keep to a reasonable schedule, and we had to delay that by a week to start. We took off work for the scheduled delivery date, and less than 24 hours before it was to be delivered, Vista called saying that a contractor took everything and that there would be a delay. So, unless you're a big contractor, you are going to be at risk of being put off. if you take off work, good luck trying to change that. We have to use paid time off for nothing now, and find another vendor. Do not use this company unless you have the patience and time to deal with unexpected and short-notice changes and cancellations.
