  • Even with a scheduled AM appt for standard service this place takes forever. It was over an hour past my scheduled time before my vehicle was put in the actual shop and 2.5 hours total. Another customer in the waiting room had been here for 2.5 hours for standard service and they too watched their car sit for an hour before it was put into a service bay. The last time I was here it was no better. You are better off going somewhere else if you value your time. Additionally, there was grease on my interior and some of the contents of my glove box were left on my floor.
