  • I tried the tofu dessert and it was very smooth and silky. It might not be a hit for people who aren't into a kind of gelatinous "agar" texture, however it becomes creamy when you crush it in your mouth and it's a lot less sweet than your standard New York cheesecake, without compromising texture. Kind of have to think of it as what it is: tofu cheesecake.
