  • I've been taking my vehicle to Beaumont exclusively for several years now. When I first moved here 15+ years ago, I struggled for a few years to find a reliable shop that was honest and that I could get into without a 2 week wait. After I went to Beaumont, I've never gone anywhere else. They are completely honest and fair in pricing. If you call ahead of time and are able to drop off your car for the day, they can usually squeeze you in without an appointment for non-major work. Ryan is the very best customer service rep I've ever worked with at an auto shop. There are VERY few places where I would feel comfortable calling them to say "I don't know what's wrong with the car, but it's making a noise" (or some other non-descript behavior), and be confident that I wasn't going to get gouged in the process. They make a plan and call before taking any major steps so that you are in control of when/if things happen. It's so hard to find mechanics that you trust, and I would gladly recommend Beaumont to anyone looking for one!
