  • Dave Penrod was great to deal with,concerning a warranty exchange.Picked out a new Simmons mattress the (THIRD) one.The other two were defective and replaced under the warranty.Only gave Four stars due to the delivery guys,it's a dump and go operation.I had asked if they could help me put on the mattress protector.I had previously purchased from mattress firm after a half ass attempt they said they couldn't do it.Had my two 16 year olds and myself put the cover on.Bad delivery service ....Great store customer service thank you Dave Penrod......Lets hope the third times the charm with my new Simmons..
