Well where do I start. Went into showroom and set up appointment . Gentleman came out surveyed the area and designed a barbeque island. Took my full payment and said that he would submit the drawing and get on the construction of our island. Well we waited for over a month and no reply, my wife and I finally went into the showroom and talked to the head salesman and he promised he would look into it. I get a call two days later from one of the ladies and they indicated they had called but to the wrong number. And also my email was wrong. So they were going to look into it. In the mean time I called the gentleman that had originally come to the house to draft up a drawing to see if his promise to help me get the old island out of my back yard and he indicated that the island was being built and should be ready soon. Well I guess someone's island was being built just not mine. I then gat a call from Jessica that the CAD had been finished and I needed to sign off on the design. Why wasn't I told in the beginning that this needs to be done? I signed off and they claimed the building would start. A week went by and I get another call concerning the location of the grill and that gets settled. Then I find out that a crane is needed. They indicated they would pay for that. Another week went by and I was at the home show and low and behold the gentleman that came out to do the measurements was there and indicated he would personally contact me Monday and let me know the status of my island, well to no surprise I did not get any phone call or text and by the way when we discussed the events to him he indicated that everyone in the company now knew my name. What other hell is that supposed to mean? I guess I'm the bad customer that just wants good customer service. To top it all off I was heading to work on Tuesday and walked out my front door and a crane was sitting at the front of my home. No prior phone call to schedule delivery. Bottom line very poor customer service, no communication and lots of excuses. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I'm in the customer service industry and I would have been fired for this type of service. I have lots of connections and I will be indicating how displeased I am.
Well now I find out the refrigerator will not fit in the island. Just another reason to not like this company
