  • I am pleased with Homejoy. I have had a Homejoy cleaner four times now. I gave this review four, instead of five, stars because the first cleaner they sent wasn't great--and when they gave me a credit to make up for the lackluster cleaning, it was difficult to redeem it and IMPOSSIBLE to get a human on the phone. However, I have now had Fatima from Homejoy clean my house three times, and I am pleased. She is perfectly punctual, cheerful, respectful, and hard-working. She really takes pride in a job well done and is eager to help me with those pesky organization projects that there never seems to be time to tackle. For example, today she whipped my linen closet into shape! I will keep using Homejoy as long as I can have Fatima. I hope the company treats its staff well.
