  • Just needed what I thought was a simple replacement but apparently it couldn't be done in the budget I entered on my quote request. Instead of asking for more details about exactly what was needed, was asked if my budget was flexible because they didn't want to waste time. Seems like I wasn't worth getting a little more info from. Luckily I found another company that asked more questions and provided more options instead of just asking me to be flexible with my budget.
