Great vibes, great food, and an overall great experience. From the moment I entered Searsucker, I felt a welcoming ambiance that lingered the whole night.
Started the dinner with their duck fat fries with chipotle ketchup and the short ribs. The fries were amazing and the short ribs were tender and succulent.
For mains, I ordered the loin "filet" with lobster butter and mushroom demi. The filet was cooked to the perfect temperature. I also tried some of the salmon which was also delicious as well.
Now, my absolute favorite part of dinner was the dessert. I tried the S'mores bar and the Cookies and Milk. Both were perfect toppers to a delicious meal. Never thought a ordinary food combination like milk and cookies could actually taste so unique.
The staff and management were very welcoming and provided me and my group with a unique and great dining experience. Managers stopped by our table to greet us, and even Chef Brian Malarkey stopped by our table to ask us how everything was.
Definitely a must-see in Las Vegas!
