I visit this Starbucks 2-3 times a week. Today by far was my worst experience ever!!!! Courtney, if that's her name (no name tag) argues with me over an app order and fail to return my bank card. For the sake of argument, I let it go. I pull off realizing I didn't get my card back. Drive back not even five minutes, spoke to the manager who is now in drive thru. I explain to her the chocolate hazelnut croissant I purchased was burnt, and I didn't receive my card from the last order. When I say for a manager, and for it to be 5:10 am she was the absolute worst! Kelsey Avagliano, was so passive and nonchalant regards my concerns as a customer.
She says "we have no bank cards here"!. When asked to speak with the previous associate Courtney after she provided her name, she was suddenly unavailable. Not only was my entire order incorrect, but the service was appalling! Luckily, I have the option to cancel the card from the app. Thanks Capital One. What a headache....
Guess I'll stick to the Starbucks on MLK & Mariah.
Highly disappointed!!!
