  • Customer service is sub par given that it is not one of your cash mechanics. I called in multiple times to reschedule my oil change appointment and every time I called in, I specifically asked them if the oil filter would be included in the $29 coupon I have. I have provided them with the make and model and engine for my car and each time they had confirmed with me that it would be included. I finally found time to go today and the receptionist (who was a lady) said i would have to pay extra 13$ for the oil filter on top of the 29$ coupon plus oil disposal fee plus labour. The guy Erik who spoke to me on the phone then came out and just brushed me off by saying "yes it was my mistake that I didn't check properly. What do you want to do?" I left and went to mr lube for the oil change instead and couldn't be happier. The guys were so helpful and nice there at mr lube!
