  • I'm always so impressed by the service and honesty Parkview BMW gives its customers. I've been driving bmw's since 2010, yet my experience at Parkview has been like no other... from your first interaction with the secretary to the helpful service advisors. They authentically care about the experience you receive and have always tried to exceed expectations. I recently returned to lease another car, and had the pleasure of dealing with Leslie Wong (sales rep) and Mauro Cerullo (business manager). Leslie had an answer for every car I asked about and really went out of his way to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was extremely efficient - Leslies honesty and knowledge helped in a huge way to make my decision. It was such a relief to work with a sales rep that didn't try tacky pressure techniques and who actually put the customers needs first! I'd totally recommend him to friends and family. Mauro handled all the paperwork on the day I picked up my car. He took his time explaining the paperwork and ensured I was fully informed throughout the process. His attention to detail put me at ease and made the purchase extremely smooth. I'm happy to have worked with the dealership and look forward to continuing business with them!
