  • After being told i would not have hot water for up to 5 day's while i wait for a warranted part i was very unhappy. Lisa from OneGaurds customer service department called Rheem and convinced them to overnight the part,then she called Pruitts plumbing and got their commitment to come back the next day before she called me to tell me the progress she had made. Bottom line the up to 5 days turned into less than 24 hours. They have redeemed them selves with me and once again i feel like a important customer to OneGuard.
