  • I stop by twice a week to get two coffee refills. Today I was told to remove lids off my mugs as I handed the mugs in drive up window. They hand me to mugs full of hot coffee back to me in car. I asked why I had to remove lids, she told me they broke a lid today from another customer. So it's better to hand me over 40 oz of hot coffee? Everyone put lids on hot coffee to protect customers from getting burnt from hot coffee. What a crazy procedure!!!
