  • I would choose 0 stars if possible. This place is a basic (at best) nail salon. I received a $25.00 gift certificate for Christmas. Unfortunately, I misplaced it and found it 7 months later. The fine print at the bottom said 'expires after 6 months'. I have never had a gift certificate expire (unless the place is out of business). When I called I explained that I lost the certificate but was interested in getting a mani/pedi, whoever I spoke with said that it would not be a problem and they would 'lightly' reduce the certificate. I went in and was told that I wasn't able to use it. When I explained that I called a few weeks back and was told that it could be discounted they shamed me in front of other guests and made me feel like I had committed a crime. After 15 minutes of intense deliberation they decided to give me a $12.00 credit. I was tempted to walk out but I wasn't going to give them the satisfaction. It wasn't about the money, it was the premise. The manicure was mediocre but the experience was HORRIFIC! I left and went to another salon for my pedicure.
