  • We hadnt been in a few months, so we got a Groupon for the Pro package, which included the buffet, unlimited rides/games/bowling, and a 10$ fun card (119$ for fam of 4). I bought this package based on my past visits there, not realizing they had remodeled. Upon walking in, the remodel looked great, and only after exploring a bit did we realize we had been ripped off. Lets bullet point, shall we? - Arrival: Got there on a Friday morning, greeted by a horde of teenagers there for a school trip. Jakes: If you're gonna book schools, shut down for a couple hours so other customers don't have to deal with it. - Unlimited rides/bowling: Bowling was a 30 minute wait, and the game itself takes a while, so really, "unlimited" means 1 or 2 games, if you're bored enough to wait. The ride lines weren't long. - Unlimited games: this was the one that really peeved us: in the past, most games on the floor were the standard "credit" games that were play for fun, not tickets. These would have been covered by the game card - not anymore. They've converted most of the games to ticket ones, all the kid friendly games little ones would like to play, which means it deducts from the 10$ fun card. Games like Doodlejump, angry birds, jetpack joyride, etc - games that have NO REASON to give tickets - were not included in the unlimited card. What was included? Shooting and racing games, which my 11 and 8 year old had zero interest in. Speaking of tickets - 40$ worth of fun cards used, my kids combined ticket take was 575 - enough to buy them some small candies and junk items. Thanks. - Buffet: Inedible. The pizza was never outstanding, but now its just gross - whatever that base sauce is, it's swill. - Media: Alot less little kid friendly, you can tell this remodel is geared now towards teens and adults. There are now 2 bars. In one eating room, they play music videos - my 8 year old ate pizza and watched Selena Gomez sing in lingerie. In the bowling lanes, they have video projection on the wall. One played a morning talk show, one played sitcoms, and one was news footage of Trump and Parkland marches. In all, we were extremely put off by the whole thing. We will not return. Ever. With a FatCats up the street that has way better reviews, why waste your money here?
