  • Wow... just called for basic information and the young lady on the phone was so rude and poorly spoken that there is no way I could ever trust going to this place. I find it hard to believe that the question of what is required for a first appointment is so rare as to cause irritation.... there are other places in the east valley that do the same thing and I'm sure they have at least the semblance of professionalism and simple courtesy that this young lady did not.
