The stay at the hotel was very nice (3 nights, 4 days). It was a fantastic reflection of the Olde Montreal I was hoping to experience as my first time in the city. I thought the hotel would be on the port, and not in a separate building. Not a big deal but was strange!
The only thing I could think that made me a little unhappy was I did not know that the parking wasn't included in the room rate. When I was checking out, I was told parking was to be charged to me at a rate of 35 dollars a night. If I knew that upfront, I would have parked elsewhere, or would have parked with them but not have been shocked at that extra $100.
The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The place was clean and really loved the old style of the loft. There was a party going on in the loft next to us, the walls are thin because you could hear everything, even someone sneezing! The oversized tub was also great as I love baths, that was a nice surprise!
I wish we would have received some tips and brochures for things to do in the area as we had never been, but found our way to some spots of interest regardless.
Overall, I loved it there and would definitely be back!
