The peppercorn burger delivers on peppery taste, with raw peppercorns and dijon mustard. I got it cooked medium rare, which was pretty red in the center. The quality of beef was not as good as other places I've had burgers in Los Angeles. They have options like Wagyu and Kobe beef, as well as extravagant options like seared foie gras, though. So maybe if you get a burger with these ingredients, it would be better.
Their thin fries are only okay, but the white bbq sauce is amazing.
I recommend this place if you really want a burger, but it's not exactly an upscale burger restaurant, despite being priced like one. Perhaps the real attraction is the variety of liquor they pour.
