I really wanted to have a great experience here and get my eyebrows micro bladed. First, I had to make several calls to even secure a consult appointment. They never answer they're phones so you'll be lucky if you ever come in contact with them. After leaving 3 messages, I finally got a call back. I made a 10-minute consult appointment. I ended up not being able to make it to my appointment so I called the day before with no answer multiple times once again. I ended up leaving a voicemail the day of, and I'm never a no-show to my appointments. I received a call back a few hours later AFTER my appointment was scheduled and the lady on the phone was not understanding at all. Why would I want to get PERMANENT makeup done somewhere that can't even answer the phone? It is now a week later and today I received a text from an unknown number- ItGirl Diva! I am shocked with how unprofessional this was, the employee is texting me from her own personal number!! No idea who it actually is, but all she keeps doing is going on and on about their cancellation policy. There's no reason at all to text me after the fact to tell me about this. I told her to never contact me again and she still continued to text back. I will NOT be back. Improve your customer service and answer your phones and maybe you'll gain happy clients! Good luck.
