| - Sahara store: The price on the sign is misleading, it did not says regular or sale price, assumed that we could get the sofa at price printed on the sign ($798)& get the 2nd one for a $1(promo that they have), 2 associates told us that, so went to get credit & was approved, then associate called for a lead, CEDEE came & then was told that the regular price was $1400 for the sofa, then we can get the loveseat for $1! CEDEE (he said he's the manager) was not very nice in explaining things & told him that signage was misleading. I have pictures to prove. What happen to the promo that the 2 ladies told us, before we applied for credit? Jessica, the associate that stayed and was helping us told us that the lead could gove us a discount but CEDEE did not mention anything about that while we were disussing the signs and prices... What made me mad was them telling us one thing, and made us so excited that instead of just looking/checking out what the store have, we have decided to apply for credit and when we got the credit, they told us another thing, that suddenly the price went up! Are you kidding me!....Decided to leave! My husband convinced me that we should try another Ashley bec we really like the sofa & would be getting the loveseat too and since we already got the credit we should just use it!
HENDERSON store: an associate saw me looking at the promo signage (by the entrance) that they have & told me right there that the BOGO was buying a sofa at MSRP then the loveseat for $1 or we could get the items at sale price & can get 20%discount, he was nice and knowledgeable so decided to get the items right away! We were supposed to just look today but end up buying the items at the store that deserves our business with the knowledgeable & nice employees.
Pls don't mislead your customers, pls include the sale & regular price on the signage. Manager Cedee (if he is really the manager) needs more training in providing good customer service, if he explain it better and tell us right away that we could get the 20%discount(magic word for customers) he could have gotten our business. Jessica(Sahara store) was really nice, I think she's new, she tried very hard but manager CEDEE made us decide not to get it there.
