  • having a really horrible experience at another apple store, I came to this one hoping for a decent service and I wasn't disappointed. There's a defect on my phone screen display, when I held at a specific angle, I can see lots of black spherical halo on top of the screen, and it's very obvious, the associate immediately agreed with me it's a defect and called someone up from genius bar to deliver me a replacement phone right away without having to make an appointment, and the new replacement phone didn't have the halo anymore so I was happy. Unlike the apple store in town square, instead of helping me out, they force me to book genius bar appointment for the next day for something that simply take 2 minutes of their time, they even tried to argue with me that the defective display is consider normal for that particular model I want to replace and even told me "maybe this phone is not right for you, would you like to consider 5c?", horrible customer service over there, I'm going to Fashion show mall from now on.
