rev:text	We hired AzBounce4Kids for my 9 year old daughter's birthday party yesterday. I had checked prices with several other bounce rental companies- all of which were over $200 higher than AZ bounce4kids prices and didn't have availability for our party within two weeks time. Dumitru was quick to answer my email inquiries and allowed us to substitute different items and combine two of their offered package deals to get the exact set up we were wanting. He also allowed us to use an additional coupon and told me that the first bounce slide I ordered wasn't a good one to use without water because the kids would get stuck halfway down. He then offered a larger replacement dry slide that would work for the kids which was larger than the slide listed in the package deal we ordered. I was stressing out with lots of other details for this party and I am so thankful to Dumitru for treating us as well as he did and for giving us a fantastic experience both with the party and also with his company and employees. The men who delivered and set up the bouncers, chairs, tables and cotton candy machine were incredibly polite and ended up sending another crew to our location shortly after they left to add another blower motor for the huge slide just in case the one blower wasn't enough. We then ended up wanting to leave the park earlier than planned, I called them and they came right out and loaded everything up earlier than originally agreed. I've kept their contact info in my phone to refer them to friends and family for their parties. I will use them again and am highly impressed with their company. They helped us give our daughter a great bday party for her and for our family and friends.
