  • The worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only do they call you constantly with promotions, their business practices are questionable. The last few billing cycles have been early, the original cycle was the 29th/30th/31st depending on the month. Now the cycle ends on the 21st with added late fees. The internet is absolute garbage and is nowhere near advertised bandwidth. Time Warner cable is vastly superior, I miss my old regional monopoly.
