  • Asked about a specific product that was exclusively hitting Ulta shelves and they had no idea what I was talking about and seemed pained to help. On the high side, I was greeted and the store was clean. I LOVE the East side and Milwaukee Ulta locations and was surprised by the lack of service and unenthusiastic mentality of the people working at West. Makeup is fun and so is shopping, but this experience was a real draaaaaag.
