Recently stayed at the hotel, I arrived around 11pm on a Friday and all I wanted to do was have a speedy check in to rest before gambling and the line to check in took about 45 minutes. The hotel needs to have more employees working to check guest in on busy nights. As i stepped out of the elevator to the 7th floor it was so disappointing on how bad the carpet and elevator doors looked both stained. I thought maybe it was only by the elevators that the carpet looked bad but as I walked down to my room which was the last room of the hallway the carpet was in bad shape the whole way down. I wish I could continue to refer family and friends to stay at the Monte Carlo as I was in the past but after this recent stay I don't know if I would want to refer it if it is not kept up. I took the survey they emailed me and emailed guest relations and they never replied to my comments. Hope that management works on cleaning up the 7th floor.
I will say the express checkout option that was sent to my email was a nice option and the restaurants choices are good and they have a good variety of slot machines.
