If you have done any homework on purchasing a new vehicle, you will walk out of this place within 15 to 20 min. You will surely find a better deal elsewhere. Unethical sales tactics used by the people inside of the dealership. Remember the nice person meeting you in the parking lot does not have any authority to negotiate. We really wanted Jeep but went back to a competitor . Do your homework before buying any vehicle! All businesses need to make a profit but unfortunately this place will do everything in their power to take full advantage.
Also, ask to get your keys back after the appraisal. They keep the keys behind the unethical employees calling the shots in order to pressure you into a sale..
