| - what happened to this chain?
we've been Atria's supporters for decades and have watched this chain, multiple locations, skimp on quality while maintaining (increasing?) prices. we gave up drinks at the ball park (we're season ticket holders) but thought we'd give MtL yet another chance - thinking our last poor experience was a fluke. we shouldn't have wasted our time.
the quality and taste of everything ranged from fair to poor. not only did we wait 75 minutes for our food, but it was really terrible.
my husband (and the person at the table next to us) sent back Shrimp and Grits - the grits were like flavorless, chalky paste. I had the Gorgonzola pork tenderloins, the pork was cooked properly, but the only enjoyable aspect was the potato pancakes. we ended up splitting my meal because we waited another 25 min for his replacement of fish and chips, for which we still paid full price. no comped drinks, no apology beyond our waitress. nothing.
the only positive was our waitress, Regina, was lovely.
we're sad to see this local chain continues to go south. sadly, we won't be back.
