I attended the restaurant the first night they opened to the public and was very impressed. My boyfriend and I had the mussels and romaine salad to start. The salad was nice and light but packed with flavour and the mussels were too die for. I'm not a huge mussels fan and I could not stop eating them...the broth was delicious. For mains we had the lake perch and shortribs, both were extremely tasty...lick the plate good. The meat fell right off the bone on the shortribs and they were so tender and flavourful. The lake perch was on a bed of parsley infused quinoa risotto and was like nothing I tried before. Can't wait to go back!
