| - I had a great experience with Auto Transport 123 (Las Vegas)!
After having trouble with another company, Get It Done Transportation (whatever you do, DON'T USE THEM!), I had a WAY better experience here.
I had transported my car from New Jersey to Nevada about two months ago. I contacted Auto Transport 123 with very short notice, after having trouble with the other company and they almost immediately had all the information I needed to transport my car.
After the bad experience with the other company, I was super cautious about transporting my car and called Auto Transport a bunch of times with questions and concerns. To my surprise, Joe always sounded happy to speak with me (and eventually remembered my name, car and location before pulling up my info because I had called him so many times).
I didn't speak with the man who picked up my car too much but from the little time with him, he also seemed very nice.
ALSO! My car was planned to arrive a couple days before I made it out to Nevada so my girlfriend, who was already out here, picked it up for me. There was a little miscommunication on my part because I didn't pay attention to the company's business hours so my girlfriend was planning on going sometime during the weekend. Before she went, I had talked to Joe a couple days beforehand and he reminded me that they were closed but would have someone stop by their office to wait for my girlfriend.
Being that I wasn't in Nevada yet, I was in no rush so my girlfriend picked the car up during the week. She got out of work a little late the day she was planning to pick it up and showed up at the office. I forget how late she was but the latest I'd say was maybe an hour and she told me that a man named Jay was still there, waiting for her. She said he had a smile on his face the whole time and was very nice.
I was contacted a couple weeks later from Auto Transport 123, asking about their customer service and the woman I spoke with then was also very nice.
Long story short, I would recommend these guys to anyone! Super nice people and they made my cross country move so much easier!
