I'm not sure how this brick and mortar chain can continue to charge such exorbitantly high prices and survive. Their ability to act as though their part of your optometrists office, helps (they're not) as they try and grab you as you leave the office. I got a new prescription and wanted ONLY new replacement progressive lenses placed in existing frames---their costs were almost, not quite, $600 of which my insurance covered a pittance. This is only for a single pair of glass lenses--mind you, not the frames. It's a ridiculous price. With all the easy, online optical ordering options, this is a chain that is ripe for disruption unless they figure out how to lower their pricing. I will say the individual who tried to help me was helpful and almost apologetic.
