My DMO covers a x-ray and a couple cleanings per year for no cost. I go through the process and see the dentist an hour and half into the appointment. The dentist says, no cavities, nothing glaring, that I have good hygiene, etc... The dental hygienist refuses to give me a basic cleaning? She says that I'm required to spend $500+ on a deep cleaning for no apparent reason... Preventative measures should not justify a refusal in a cleaning that again, my DMO covers. 2nd opinion please... Will go elsewhere, I personally did not like the vibe of a dental corporate shop.
