  • I had to add a few stars for Josh the receptionist and his mom who works here as a rep. They are both extremely friendly and engaging. I actually enjoy stopping in and dropping off my HOA checks. It also seems like CMG has become more responsive and organized over the last few years, at least with me. There are still far too many issues here to warrant a higher rating, but at least we have Josh holding down the fort with some great customer service.
