  • I would never go back here for service. Took my iPhone in for a simple battery change. The replacement battery had worse performance than the original one. Staff told me to take it home and do a restore. Didn't help. I take it back, get another replacement which bombs as bad the first replacement. Staff tells me it must have been a bad shipment of batteries, they've got a new shipment coming the next day, can they hold it overnight. yada yada. This 'new shipment' is still subpar, and I've had it with going back. So disappointed.
