  • This urgent care is awful. I have worked in healthcare for 7 years and have never come across such a rude staff and pure incompetence from the actual providers themselves. I saw Dick Richards, PA and was having to provide HIM with medical information! Scary to think of people who don't know much about medicine and go to him...he misdiagnosed me and I'm sure probably others. The director of the urgent care didn't seem too bothered by it...which is unfortunate because that means the same thing will happen to someone else. Save your time and money and go somewhere with a pleasant and knowledgeable staff!!!
