  • Delivery guy was great but that's about it. Invoices and charges always incorrect and trying to fix errors is next to impossible. Horrible communication, worst customer service, and error prone delivery service. Would rate zero stars if it was a choice. Changed our monthly charges and didn't notify us so that we started paying double (eliminated costco plans). Cancelled our account and still being charged. Do yourself a favor and buy reverse osmosis system ( comparable pricing when you consider how expensive this service is becoming) or buy your own cooler and fill the bottles yourself. Convenience of the water delivery from this company is NOT worth the hassle of dealing with incorrect deliveries, incorrect bills, waiting on hold for at least 30 min, etc. Stay clear of Sparkletts in AZ.
