Steer clear! My a/c went during the hottest summer of this year and it cost nearly $10,000 to replace (the heater was included in the total since that apparently was kaput also, or so they said). The service people did a nice job and were friendly. But the office staff needs some serious training. I called dozens of times to get some critical information and got the runaround, promises of a return call, incorrect information, lies etc. They were very rude and ignorant. Eventually I had to call their corporate office, and only then did I get action. We had financed the unit and Yes never gave us paperwork for that, which I found odd. After numerous calls to their office demanding the documents a rep from Yes finally came out to bring us paperwork to sign. He never made eye contact and acted like it was an imposition for him to be there. When we asked when our new unit would be inspected by the City of Las Vegas, he said "Call the office." They came out for routine annual maintenance in January for our heater and gave it the all clear, yet it had to be completely replaced in June. I find that odd. I have no trust in these people any longer. Please go with a small, privately owned company that actually cares about its customers. Stay away from Yes.
