  • ZERO STARS NOT recommended Just got screwed by the Grand Canyon Tour company. We woke up early this morning to catch the bus for our overnight stay to the Grand Canyon only to be told by our bus driver that our tour was cancelled. After several confirmations via e mail the said they sent one that was an additional charge due to kids which went into junk mail. No phone calls or anything. Once they send you a confirmation you think your done right? After spending over $800+ you'd think someone would call??? Not even a follow-up email.
