Still giving this company one star because there still isn't an option to give negative 5 stars.
I called about a week ago about some problems with my cable and Internet and yesterday they said they can't be at my house until late next day. The supervisor said " I'm doing everything I can"
I'm down cable and Internet for the weekend when I work all week and I'll I want to do is watch some footfall and rest on the weekend. People this is the service I get for ($150) a month.
I've been a Cox costumer for 5+ years and I'm not sure I'll make the 6 years as I feel they never go the extra mile. I don't want anything free.... I just want what I pay for that is not cheap!!!
