  • The member desk/customer service desk needs a lot of help in the last 2 visits the person helping was awful. She chose to help her peer go get scissors and leave me hanging while in the middle of my transaction, and then goes on to scold me on how I should have stood in the members isle to get a temporary card instead of the returns. And spent the whole time rolling her eyes. WOW, telling your customers they are wrong and with an attitude. She needs to be moved to the back to stock
