Wow the quality of this place has declined tremendously. I was a regular customer to this place. That was until I realized I was paying extra for the 21 pt inspections for nothing in return. This place used to provide sheets detailing that inspections were done. I'll admit I'm not an automotive expert, but I do work in the industry.
I'm aware of these mechanics taking advantage over customers who lack sufficient knowledge about vehicles. To test this place, I had purposely drained my power steering fluid on TWO, not one, separate occasions and even mentioned at the store that I was having steering issues. You would think the "21 pt inspections" would include refilling of fluids right? Well at this place, that's a ploy to drive up sales. P/S fluid was never added and I guarantee that nothing was even looked at besides the oil being replaced. With this level of service, I'd expect Robert (the manager) to have quality control over his services. If you even think of visiting this place, look elsewhere. This is another shop that will deceive and take advantage of customers. What a great business structure you've got there Robert.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the purpose of this business is to service vehicles. I suppose their perception of service or business for that matter is to nickel and dime their customers while not performing what's paid for. Great job Robert!
