  • Renters beware, this company does not have any human compassion whatsoever. We have a a month left on our lease and they are making us get out in 5 days. we were late on rent and tried to work out something with payments and they refused. We have a special needs child so money is tight for us and just having to uproot and move in 5 days is an insane amount of stress and hardship that has been placed on us. They would not even discuss with us trying to pay them in split payments, sent us straight to court. I am certain we won't get any deposit back because there are several things broken like the garbage disposal that they have not come to repair and we will have no time to clean! Horrible human beings. Yes we have been late with rent but always pay it and all the ridiculous fees for it being late they put in place and we have been excellent tenants always complying with hoa rules and trying to fix things ourselves as if we owned the home. plus they have raised the rent every year of those 4. I have nothing good to say about this company.
