  • quite possibly the worst place ever.....went in to check out an apartment, filled out all the paperwork, had a co-signer and everything, left a deposit and paid for the application fee.....did not get approved, and was told that even if my co-signer signs up by himself that he won't get approved either just because he had already filled out an application (which I've never heard of ever) but yet i went to another complex and got approved almost instantly... then was told that they were going to refund me my money because i was not approved, and still have yet to receive my money back....this was back in the beginning of Novemeber so two months of waiting...this place is a SCAM!!! don't even bother...... if your looking for a great and affordable complex, check Ovation At Tempe is a way better complex and the customer service is out of this world with them...staff is great...and at least they don't have a bunch of bozos working in there office
