This company has some of the worst customer experience I have ever seen. Their phone staff are clueless and it is clear they are just taking phone calls and then having to get the actual information. This results in assurances that the private session we reserved occurring proved false, twice. Their excuse is always they have no one to provide the class - so why offer it? I unfortunately did not get to take the class so am getting another option - hopefully someone who knows how to treat paying customers
