The accommodations are very nice (including the restaurant downstairs). Service was so-so. I walked in around 12pm (after having requested early check in) with SEVERAL bags and clearly looked like I needed help. I get to the front desk, a receptionist looks at me and looks away (even though she had NO CUSTOMER). I patiently waited with ALL my bags until the next receptionist finished with her client and motioned for me to come up. I need to add that there was ANOTHER person at the front desk (not just the one other lady who looked at me) who was NOT helping anyone.
My reservation was also originally for King size bed, bc of the early check in I guess only 2 double beds were available bed (which is fine) but I would've appreciated it if she had mentioned that UPFRONT.
Poor Service continues: I was at the Westin for a wedding, the day of the wedding, I was in a suite with the bride and other bridesmaids. We ordered a carafe of OJ and a coffee, they mentioned it being 30 min or less...it took over an hour.
Again, the day we were checking out, bride from the suite requests a trolley and bell boy to help and again took almost an hour before they came up.
