  • If not for the sign on the building I would think I was in a $50 hotel. The worst I have experienced-appears to have been last renovated 20 years ago, ceiling tiles do not meet the wall in the bathroom and are stained. The shower curtain rolls downhill on the rod, cannot keep it closed. Walls thin so hear every word said in the next room and the coffee pot was filthy. The halls smell of smoke despite being a non-smoking floor. The response to my concerns was to come back for another visit...totally tone deaf. Plenty of hotels in Charlotte - no need to go here.
